Method

  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, optional crushed red pepper flakes, 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese, and 1/3 cup chopped parsley until thick and creamy. This seasoning blend creates the Italian Grinder Dust flavor base for the cups.
  2. Spoon the creamy grinder dip base into the bottom of 15 clear plastic appetizer cups. Add chopped salami over the creamy cheese layer in each cup. Add chopped roasted red peppers over the salami. Add chopped pepperoncini over the roasted red peppers.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese over the tops of the cups. For extra Appetizer Arsenal flavor, add a small pinch of Italian Grinder Dust over the parmesan, then finish each cup with the remaining 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley.
  4. Refrigerate the cups until ready to serve. Right before serving, tuck one olive oil breadstick and one farmhouse cheddar breadstick into each cup.
  5. You can assemble the cups without the breadsticks up to 24 hours ahead. Keep them covered in the refrigerator, then add the breadsticks right before serving so they stay crisp.
