- Arrange the burrata on a large tray, board, or platter. Add the blueberries in loose piles around the burrata. Tuck the sliced strawberries around the board, leaving some pieces halved and some sliced for a fuller look. Fold the prosciutto into loose ribbons and tuck it between the berries and burrata. Add the crostini or toasted baguette slices around the edges of the board.
- In a small bowl, stir together the smoked paprika, brown sugar, chili powder, lemon zest, flaky salt, and black pepper to make the Firecracker Party Dust.
- Right before serving, drizzle the burrata and berries with hot honey.
- Finish with basil, chopped pistachios, flaky salt, black pepper, and a light sprinkle of Firecracker Party Dust. Serve immediately with extra crostini on the side.
For the best texture, build the board close to serving time. You can slice the strawberries, wash the blueberries, toast the crostini, chop the pistachios, and mix the Firecracker Party Dust ahead of time.Use the Firecracker Party Dust lightly. A small sprinkle gives the board a sweet, smoky, slightly spicy finish without overpowering the burrata or berries. For a more savory board, add extra prosciutto or a few slices of salami. For a sweeter board, add raspberries or cherries.
